Lake County PASSAGE
broadcasts on Lake County's cable television
station, channel 18. The live PASSAGE map and
Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) are being broadcast on weekdays during
peak hours with the exception of Thursday night, as
another means of informing motorists of current
traffic conditions. The map displays live congestion
segments as well as incidents and roadwork events. This can help inform motorists of their
routes so they can plan their trip throughout Lake
County accordingly.
LCTV displays the PASSAGE map in five
segments. The five segments are of the NW, NE, SW,
SE regions of Lake County as well as the entire
county. These five segments are looped over a period
of time. The display will show motorists current
roadway conditions including information on
incidents, roadwork, and congestion speeds.
