to ensure that residents and commuters have current
traffic information to make travel decisions. This
linking of data from federal, state and local
governments and local and county police agencies
provides the most comprehensive information resource for Lake
County travelers. Below is a list of partners who are

Development Partners
Parsons is the engineering consultant that designed the Lake Couny PASSAGE software.
Traffic Control Corporation and
MoboTrex supplied and upgraded all of the traffic signals that
are included in the PASSAGE program.
Aldridge Electric constructed the fiber optic network, CCTV cameras and PASSAGE Radio towers.
HomeTowne Electric constructed the fiber optic network, CCTV cameras and PASSAGE Radio towers.
H&H Electric maintains Lake County PASSAGE field elements.
